NEXT EVENT: Door-knocking training Thursday 22nd January 2026

Venue: Makespace Oxford*, 1 Aristotle Lane, OX2 6TP

Time: 6:30pm - 8.30pm

At this session we will be learning from folk at Bristol Apartheid Free Zone who will teach us the tips and techniques you need to have the powerful conversations that build solidarity with Palestine.

At this session we’ll:
- Share and demo a door knocking script
- Answer any questions
- Practice our conversations with each other

By the end of the evening you will be equipped with everything you need to get out and start organising for Palestine in your neighbourhood.

This training is open to everyone - whether you’re new or experienced, in Oxford or beyond. We can’t wait to see you there ✊🇵🇸

*Makespace is wheelchair accessible. The nearest bus stop is a 7min walk away (10 mins ride from central Oxford). There is visitor parking for cars and plenty of bike parking.

What is an Apartheid Free Zone?

We are group of Oxford residents trying to build a grassroots campaign in solidarity with Palestinians and against the apartheid state of Israel and it's western backers.

We are a local campaign as part of the wider Boycott, Divest and Sanction Movement. Find out more information about BDS more widely here.

Inspired by other grassroots boycott campaigns such as the Bristol Apartheid Free Zone, we are knocking on doors in local neighbourhoods to amplify support and solidarity to ensure we can shop locally without funding and supporting genocide and apartheid states.
